Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is confirmed as delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and has not been altered

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories are included

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns require approval before sending items back.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or using your own shipping method may be refused. Our team is available to guide you throughout the process.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or not functioning correctly

  • The wrong item

  • Significantly different from what you ordered

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or functional reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout

Additionally, the following are final sale and cannot be refunded:

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Complete the return process once approved

  3. Place a new order for the replacement item

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service@vixnest.com.

Return Shipping

Do not ship items back until you receive official authorization and a return label from Vixnest. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
